High school live hitting and pitching

- SESSIONS LIMITED: We will only be accepting 12 hitters and 12 pitchers for each age group.

- Sessions will be conducted in the Quads at ETC or maximum space and 'game feel'

- Players will be divided by age and ability level

- Pitchers will 'ramp up' their pitch amounts but will not exceed 30 live pitches the entire session.  Arm health and injury prevention are a top priority.

- Hitters will receive a minimum of 8 live at bats per session. 

- Catchers will be provided for all sessions

Dates:

October 19th - December 14th (8 sessions, No Class November 30th)

Times:

Ages 14-16: 5:00 - 6:00 PM

Ages 17-18: 6:00 - 7:00 PM

Elkhorn Training Camp, 715 North 210th Street

Cost:

$240/player

Class Size:

Only 12 pitchers and 12 hitters will be allowed each hour to maximize reps for all participants.
